Ada's Clothes Repair has provided quality alterations and tailoring to Gainesville and the surrounding community for 34 years.                                               

Each of our seamstresses has worked for over 15 years at Ada's and has a wealth of experience in virtually every aspect of alterations and tailoring. Whether it's replacing a zipper in jeans or a leather jacket, or fitting a bridesmaid or wedding dress, our seamstresses have done it all. 

                                                                                                                                                                                               

The original Ada's at 1518 NW 13th St. is the only designated vendor of sewing services for the University of Florida. Over the years Ada's has done work on a regular basis for the U.F. Gator Band, U.F. Naval ROTC, and even contributed their skills to research projects of several different colleges of the University.  For many years Ada's has also provided alteration services to Alachua County Fire Rescue.
